  1. Section 1. Move Service

    Article 1 (Insurance)

    1. In order to reduce damages caused by accidents that occur during a trip, HERO agrees to the contract that the company has signed with the insurance company.

    2. The contract details are governed by the insurance policy, and matters not provided for in these terms of insurance are governed by the insurance company.

    3. The Hero shall be liable for any damages not covered by the insurance policy governed by the insurance company.

  2. Article 2 (Prohibited actions for Hero)

    1. To avoid failing to meet customer expectations for quality of service, the following actions by Hero are prohibited:

      1. Inappropriate behavior in the vehicle

        • Smoking

        • Drinking

        • Eating

        • Littering in and out of the vehicle

      2. Actions compromising customer safety

        • Using a mobile phone while driving

        • Drunk driving

        • Speeding

        • Violating traffic signals

      3. Actions causing damage to the vehicle

        • Hitting

        • Scratching

        • Use of sticky substances like adhesive

      4. Asking for tips

      5. Charging for additional payment beyond the amount displayed in KOKKOK Hero

      6. Failing to provide proper change

      7. Driving a different vehicle from the one displayed in KOKKOK Hero

      8. Allowing someone other than the Hero shown on KOKKOK Hero to drive the vehicle

      9. Any other actions or activities that are subjected as illegal in the laws of Lao PDR

  3. Article 3 (Prohibited actions for Customer)

    1. The Hero shall have the right to prevent customers from the following behaviors or refuse their ride:

      1. Inappropriate behavior in the vehicle

        • Smoking

        • Drinking

        • Eating

        • Littering in and out of the vehicle

      2. Actions that interfere with the driving of the Hero

        • Obstructing the view

        • Physical contact

        • Controlling the driving devices

      3. Actions causing damage to the vehicle

        • Hitting

        • Scratching

        • Using sticky substances like glue

      4. Transporting oversized luggage

        • Luggage exceeding the vehicle’s width

        • Luggage with a total dimension (width, length, height) exceeding 158cm

      5. Possession of hazardous materials

        • Firearms, knives, and other weapons

        • Explosive and flammable substances

      6. Accompanying pets without proper containment of pet transportation equipment

      7. Any other actions or activities that are subjected as illegal in the laws of Lao PDR

  4. Section 2. KOKKOK Service

    Article 1 (Restriction)

    1. Hero may refuse to deliver the following items:

      1. Hazardous, explosive, flammable and unsafe items (both new and used items)

        • Power banks

        • Battery

        • Gas

        • Firework

        • Oil

        • Others which are similar or equivalent items

      2. Cash, cards and equivalent document

        • Credit cards

        • Debit cards

        • Cash cards

        • Bond

        • Bearer forms

        • Negotiable instruments

      3. Illegal items and substances

        • Toxic chemicals

        • Narcotic

        • All types of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and related products

        • Illegal goods or prohibited by law and related regulations

        • etc.

      4. Live animals and body part

        • Dogs

        • Cats

        • Poultry

        • Livestock

        • etc.

      5. Human remains or body part

        • Scenes of humans or animals, parts of the body or organs

      6. Valuable items

        • Gold bar

        • Silver bar

        • Tax stamps/stickers

        • Precious metals/stones

        • Collectable objects such as antiques and art

      7. Real or imitation weapons

        • Firearms

        • Weapons parts thereof

        • Explosives

        • Ammunition

      8. Pornographic material

      9. Packages that required to obtain a special permit for transportation, import or export

      10. Any item(s) of an aggregate value do not exceed 1,500,000kip

    2. The following items can be delivered, but Hero is not obligated to compensate for damages:

      1. Any unpacked / loose items that can easily be damaged in transit.

      2. Documents

        • Passport or other official ID

        • ID card

        • Driving license

        • Confidential Letters/Documents

      3. Fragile

        • Products made of glass(e.g Beer, Alcohol, Wine, Vase, etc..)

        • Ceramics

        • Flowers

        • Plants

        • Foam Box

      4. Food

        • Snacks, chocolate, candies

        • Meat

        • Seafood

        • Kimchi/sauce

        • Ice

        • Chilled and frozen foods

        • Milk and other dairy products

        • Cakes and desserts

        • Fruits and vegetables

        • Egg

      5. Second hand electronics

        • Laptops / Computer

        • Smartphone

        • Printer

        • Air conditioner

        • Refrigerator / Freezer

        • Microwave

        • Washing machine

        • Dispenser

    3. Hero shall be obligated to compensate for damages claimed by the customer if the items delivered do not fall under paragraphs ① or ② above.
